Style...Quality...Excellence

How do I define excellence? First, it is best not to "overly" compare myself to others, by acknowledging the fact that each of us have different pace of progress. My personal journey being the best by doing the best I can be. That itself is excellence.

A sports team captain once said that from being scoreboard oriented, he change the focus towards process driven rather than results driven motivation, knowing that everything will take care nicely after that.

Another piece of advise I should take note of. Always go that extra mile. It's never crowded there.
