I realized just by listening itself, I got to learn so much about their rich experiences. It could be just talking to a fresh grad, or someone who is experienced or at a retirement age. By talking to them, you actually acknowledge and they in turn feel appreciated as well. You can also see how passionate are they with their job simply just talking and listening to them.

Our parents, elders and teachers. Listen to them. They have so much to share with us. When I was attending AMUNC Adelaide 2008 last semester break, even by listening to those younger than me makes me realized that though they are young, they are indeed bright students, future leaders with vision.
