Practice makes perfect

Went to the examinations department today to request for a lost academic result notice last semester. The lady at the counter was initially staring at the computer screen too close, was wondering what was wrong with her. She got up and ask me to fill in my ID number. After I put it back on the desk, then only I knew that she is visually impaired when she start searching for the paper which is directly in front of her. Well...I really salute her. It is not an easy task, it takes time and practice to move around without visual aid.

During last week's practical dance, we were asked to close our eyes and start exploring on our own, outdoors, but not on the road of course. That was real difficult. I could not imagine how it would be like for your whole life. Just 20 minutes in the dark is already making me depressed from seeing things. But believe or not, you really make full use of your other senses. And also become aware of it.
