Exactly a month has passed
I came here on the 18th of Feb. It's 19th today. Well, these past few days were rather uneventful, attending all my obligations as a uni student. But I have found something good, which is actually I can spend my time on it here...playing the piano. It's a baby grand piano in the crowded messy music room at my residential hall. But the condition is far better compared to the upright out of tune old piano in International Hall.=)
Did not bring any music song score but at least some are saved in my head. hehe.
Yay....online books and journals prove to be useful here. You do not need to rush for books in the library. And there's a wide range of reliable information where you can actually access to. I have a coming lab computing test on excel soon,do wish me luck. It's just after 2 lessons and we have to sit for the test. And it's not easy despite I have learn excel in my foundation studies. In fact, for the 1st lesson on excel here, we learn more than foundation year exam syllabus. But I am truly glad that luckily I did abit of computing in my foundation studies.
Well...1/3 assignent fully done. The other 2 are in the process of completing it. Here there's no time to study, all must be done spontaneously. No regrets of taking max subjects this sem. Just have to accept and bear wt it. Tutorial classes we seem to get more Asians Masters students as our tutors. Some fr china have the thick chinese way of accent. And for stats is a Maori tutor.
But stats is all about calculation, language is not a major problem for this subject.
Oh before i forget, due to daylight time saving whatsoever, the time difference btw nz n mly will be 4 hrs. Till then, take care.:-)
