Decisions.....sigh

Okay, to start wt, I did not attend the nz fair. Well, the haze was at its peak in Selangor on Tues, Wed....and I decided to come home. Didn't bother to wait for brother too.....came back one day earlier than him. :-P
Luckily......auckland offer pack has arrived Today....Okay, this is my 1st choice uni. However, I am a bit undecided for accommodation.....Ororke( best catered hall) or Railway(best self catered hall)?
Ororke is a good choice since it is fully catered. Ideally for 1st year students. 5 minutes walk to city campus, central to town...Provide full service ..almost everything in fact. 1st year it's crucial to get to meet, and make new friends. What more when most of my KDU friends are going to Victoria Wellington and Canterbury Uni. Coming to 2nd year, I might opt for self catered ie Railway Campus. But the trouble is, the accomm fee is going to increase next year fr 235 to 250 nz dollar. Luckily, I have 2 friends (acc nz) so far targeting auckland uni (feb 06) batch: angeline loh fr melaka and jia yin fr Intec. But both are opting for self catered hall. :-(
Taken my passport photo. Have to make passport in order to obtain the good conduct certificate too( 2 months to process). By september. Apply accommodation, get financial affidavit fr jpa, then apply for visa wt help fr Selset.
Now I am ready to study in nz next Feb. It's true aus unis are better, but I have to accept that I am bound to nz in contract. Auckland, here I come !
