Anxiety
Yesterday, my cousin called me. That was the 1st time she called me. Conversation:
Cousin: Ah sian, last time u got a distinction for ABRSM Grade 7 and 8 practical?
Me: Arrr.......ya.
Cousin: Did u make any mistakes?
Me: Plenty at the beginning. haha :)
Cousin: My daughter now feeling uneasy la aft her Grade 7 exam...made a few mistakes.
Me: The examiner will judge fairly, no worries.
Cousin: But she told me he said " well done".
Me: That's good news. I never had that compliment fr any examiner before.
Cousin: Ok ar, u take care.
Me: Same to u.
Talking about music exams...Thank God I have finished facing it in form 4. Yes...it can be stressful especially when everyone will be watching you maintaining the results. Clearly remembered my friends telling me..Grade 8 not easy...if you pass, that's good news. Actually, I don't stress myself, but just try my very best ...I am already truly satisfied if I get Merit for higher grades. If Distinction, a bonus for me. :)
On the lighter note, Jpa had just sent in another batch of juniors to KDU yesterday morning. Wow.....durian runtuh, 3rd batch of juniors coming in this year. All nz bound. No alevels student.
They are very lucky and should be grateful being offered the scholarship. And talking about going back to college that morning, met Kathy, Zi Hui, Hannah n Mui Pin ( Mass Communication gang)-previously my classmates who were doing Business Foundation Programme under Pre U studies. Met Anisha and Syafinaz too (Business Acc Programme under Murdoch twinning). All of them have started their degree programme. Time flies!! I m still a pre- U stu. :)
Just received offer from Melbourne Uni today. And today is the closing date for UNSW offer acceptance. Bye.....sob. I fervently hope that Auckland Uni will offer me a place. Pray....
